Due to the privacy nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds (except for the 30-day refund guarantee).

Replacement for Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items

We will replace any products that are defective or have manufacturing defects.

Any issues or disputes related to product defects, damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery must be reported to our customer service team within 30 days of order delivery (no refund or exchange will be provided if customer service is not contacted first).

Any exchange requests received after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

30-Day Refund Guarantee (Valid for U.S. Customers Only)

All international sales are final (except for products shipped outside the U.S.).

If you are dissatisfied with any of the following products for any reason, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping fees.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost during shipping.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days (excluding holidays). Xiangjiu will refund the amount paid for the returned product (minus any shipping fees and handling charges related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds can only be made through the original payment method. No other forms of refund are accepted.

The 30-day refund guarantee applies only to new Xiangjiu customers and existing customers trying the product for the first time (for example, customers who previously purchased Delay Spray Gen 1 but are now trying Gen 2 or Gen 3).
